The scope of work of this project only includes the work associated with the addition of one automated teller machine atm to the existing atm room within the existing building. Work may include but is not limited to selective demolition, new partition and ceiling work as required to reconfigure the existing atm room and interior vestibule. Work will also include the removal of the existing night depository and infill of the existing exterior wall.

Revise plans for b1403884. Changes include reconfiguration of storage room layout, removal the proposed door to the storage room and replacement with a 24x24 in. Access panel, reconfiguration of the break room entry and relocation of the millwork, sink and refrigerator. Minor modifications have been made to the auxiliary steel support structure design, which include replacement of the lower base plate attachment bolts with the addition of a continuous perimeter angle welded to each support column. The support structure will remain fastened to the 1st floor structure above. We have also added a gwb and stud frame column enclosure to surround the vertical support nearest to the entry vestibule, for the rolling overhead security grille on the first floor.

It does not include correction to areas not on the accessible route, including back-of-house spaces and restrooms not made available to the p ublic.
