To install one (1) double-faced mdo sign to read new orleans: urgent care french quarter per drawings submitted on 12/10/13 & stamped approved 12/30/13 sign will measure: 4w x 2h x thickness sign will hang perpendicular to the decatur/iberville corner, centered above the door from chains mounted under new balcony sign will have a gray background with gold lettering no additional illumination or lighting is approvednote: all existing signs must be removed. The bottom of the sign shall be at least above the surface of the sidewalk beneath it. Signs shall not extend beyond 40" from the building face.
