Interior alterations to include replace all smoke water damaged drywall and flooring in front bedroom and living room. Replace six windows (in exisiting openings). Replace all interior doors. Repair walls and paint interior. Applicant agrees to limit the construction to comply with ez permit standard for interior alterations, dated january 2011. Deviation from the standard will result in revocation of this permit and imposition of further penalties. All necessary mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire suppression permits to be obtained, as necessary
