Remove and replace only. Replacing/repairing several areas of damaged drainage pipes, replacing most of the water supply lines throughout building; updating to separate shut off valves for each unit and pex water supply lines (instead of gray poly, galvanized mix that exists, dated and damaged by fire). Note: several areas of the home have "existing" abs plumbing drainage, that will not be touched or changed, will be left "as is", areas that are cast iron will be changed to abs to match existing and meet current code.

Remodel of existing station. Replacing 1 toilet, 1 sink, 2 drinking fountains, relocating a laundry with floor drain, adding a new floor sink, and adding 2 new sinks.
