New sf home for david danley and alida woods basement will be roughed in plumbing with no electrical and basement will be left unfinished; har location: montford ave north to watauga st go left follow to pearson go right building site is on left; february 28, 2012 4:57:47 pm heatherr. I visited this site, it does appear jim is correct. I spoke with the job super and asked that he relay to the general contractor the urgent need to come into our office tomorrow and amend the permit to cover the extra work or to see if it is allowed? Can we put a hold on this permit until he corrects it to reflect the proper work? If he does not appear tomorrow i will follow up with a stop work order and penalty. There is a difference of opinion on what is currently permitted, that is why no penalty--- unless we cannot resolve.
