Currently the boiler for this building exists in the building across 2 south and serves both buildings. This project is to sever the tie with the building across the street and provide the centurylink headquarters building at 2 bell plaza with its own boiler. This involves providing a new gas meter and gas connection, setting a new boiler in the existing generator room on the east end of the building and running new boiler piping through the parking level and mechanical room level to the existing mechanical room at the west end of the building.
