Commercial occupancy, interior demo and renovations for td bank;permit for occupancy previously was carolina first now to be td bank;sls; march 4, 2011 9:39:45 am ssalyer. 11-1184 contractor needs to add mechanical. All three td banks () that ive reviewed have involved minor work to the exterior of the building. Work limited to removal of old signs, repairing walls where the signage was taken down and addition of some exterior lighting. I know the first two apps stated no exterior work so i thought id let you know. At least two of them the signage is above main entry doors and will require pedestrian protectionand possibly sidewalk closure.; march 24, 2011 10:04:01 am rhurley.
