Re point brick wall as needed. No scaffolding use only ladders. Basement level to ground floor has been previously re pointed by previous owner. The color is very close to flamingo c-31 terracotta. Remove all gray caulking and loose mortar that is presently in the mortar joints and fill with new. Minimum fill depth to be 0. 5 inches. No power tools only hand scrape any loose mortar as needed and install new. Clean brick with water only. Some previously applied mortar has stain the brick and may not be removed from cleaning.
