Demolition permit requested at this time. We will remove the cabinetry and flooring from the home (which is old and dated); and determine the extent of future work to be performed at that time by inspecting the plumbing and electrical systems (open some sheetrock up in key areas as well) to determine what condition materials these systems are in. Prior to performing any "construction", drawings will be submitted with details of any changes that would occur, at which time the applicable permits will be applied for (ie plumbing, electrical, any items that may need to be altered or repaired to be brought up to current code and proper function)
