1. We will bring in our own dumpster and remove the existing roofing and wood shingle roofing will be torn off down to the wood deck and hauled away. 2. A new synthetic felt will be nailed to roof deck as underlayment. 5. New drip metal will be installed at the roof edges, new metal will have a 12 strip of ice and water protective underlayment installed over the top at the eave edges. 6. New owens corning duration architectural style asphalt shingles will be installed in accordance with manufacturers specifications.
