Removal of one-8,000-gallon underground storage tank (ust) containing #2 heating oil and one 5 gallon ust containing #2 heating oil.(provide inspector with closure report)

Install new pendant lights, 3 exist signs, new receptacles, reuse existing service, no expected change in load. (east district)

New diffusers

Hvac and ductwork as per plans.

Interior alterations. Remove & replace : 5 wc, 6 lavs, 1 urinal. New: 1 sink, 1 mop recept, 1 drink fountain

6 lines of 1 5 8" commscope coax from back of antennas to telco cabinet, 2 at 155, 2 at and 2 at indoor telco cabinet, 1 gps antenna - mounted on existing antenna sled, 1 line of 1 2" coax- long as per 2005 nec (east dist)

Hvac work as per plans to include; (2) rtvs, vavs and associated ductwork as per sealed submitted plan. Fire rated assemblies are required to be maintained at all times. Grease hood and fire suppression work requires additional permits. Call the inspector prior to starting work.

Remove 12 lights and replace with 6 new lights,remove and replace 4 emergency lights and 4 exist signs with no additional wiring as per 2008 nec (east district)

Ez interior demolition- for the interior demolition of non load-bearing partition walls and ceilings as per attached standard. Deviations from this standard will result in permit revocation and require submission of construction plans.

Application to register uses for entire building as follows: entire basement as business support; entire first floor as educational facility (as previously approved); entire second floor as group health practitioner; entire third floor and fifth floor business & professional offices; entire fourth floor as business support and warehouse as shown in key plan. Certificate of occupancy is required prior to occupying the building.

For minor alterations to an existing space to accomodate a new use group classification of "e". No construction activity just configure existing space of 6332 sq ft. A certificate of occupancy will be issued upon completion of a compliant final inspection. The space must be compliant with the philadelphia fire code.
