Residence sfd - remove and dispose of two (2) felders gas warm air furnaces; furnish and install two (2); new carrier 80% afue gas furnaces; furnish and install 1 new carrier a c coils and condensers; tie into existing air distribution system; one (1) new carrier humidifier on basement system; two (2) new carrier thermostats and all low voltage wiring; all necessary piping (flue, condensate and gas) complete start up and check exclusion; power wiring by others; plumbing by others. New washing machine dryer hookup on 2nd floor (2" vented) waste stack and 1 2" hot & cold supplies, new kitcken sink (change location), new gal water heater (same location)

Install new 200amp service with ground rod, re wire for new kitchen using existing wiring and adding, addition wiring for counter top recepts, oven, frige, also add lines for washers and dryer on 2nd fl install 9 recessed lights and 5 surface mount lights as per 2005 nec (west district)
