To resolve l+i case# 498591 for erection of interior wood framed shoring per plans signed & sealed by commonwealth of pa professional engineer (pe) & for complete demolition, via hand held equipment only, of existing two (2) story above grade plane residential building (townhouse) of masonry bearing wall & wood frame construction in accordance with approved site safety plan. Work must begin within ten (10) days & continue until the structure is deemed safe by the dept. Failure to comply will render this permit invalid & results in fines & or prosecution & or abatement of the unsafe condition by the city at the owners expense.
