Revised design proposes 1-hr wall assembly with panic hardware door and area of refuge communication system. Per inspector comments, the proposed raised dining area at northwest corner must include ada access. Revised design includes addition of a delta inclined platform commercial straight through lift with auto fold platform and arms. Conveyance permit to be separate by installer. Raised area will be utilized as private office until lift is installed, at which time proposed dining layout will be put into effect.

The refrigeration work was performed by brad service, who is a licensed class a city of seattle refrigeration contractor. License number 180808. Pursuant to 506. 4. 1 (area determination) and 508. 2. 1 of the 2009 seattle building code, weve attached our basement walk-in to our main floor via a new wooden staircase which inspector krieg recommended that the bottom step would require brackets to fasten to existing concrete floor, and to make sure that there is a vapor barrier between the concrete and wood step. The walk-in was inspected by pacific northwest engineering inc., russell s. Bodge, p. E. A copy of that report is being included. The entire basement and building are fire sprinkled.
