Remodel of community room on main level, create fitness room on top level. Add a wet bar in community room. Mechanical work will involve redirecting a supply air duct and installing a ventless gas fired fireplace in the community room, and mechanical work involved in hvac changes for fitness room.

Partial tear-off and reroof of a carport structure (associated with a multifamily dwelling unit) epdm over densedeck or equivalent 32 squares on a inchflatinch roof (min 1 4 in 12 slope required for drainage) pre-reroof and mid-roof inspections required.

Tear-off of an existing roofing surface, decking and insulation and reslope drainage plane, install interior roof drains and associated plumbing, install new insulation and new class a roofing surface. Construct 15 residential decks and wing walls totalling 3,2 sf and a common deck of 5 sf to result in a total of 38 sf. Removal of a window in each residential unit and conversion of the window opening to a doorway, install new siding. Includes minor electrical and mechanical modifcations.
