Supply and install one (1) 200 amp 1 phase, 3 wire overhead service and meter fitting next to the wood riser pole on the back of the space. Install a 1 phase, 3 wire 2"" rmc conduit with three #3 0 awg thwn cu conductors from the new 200 amp overhead meter socket on the exterior of the wall and up and over the existing door and into the tenant space within 5 feet. Install one (1) 200 amp, main breaker, 1 phase, 3 wire

Install one (1) 2 amp, main breaker, 1 phase, 3 wire, circuit push in style panel on the wall near the existing panel sits within a few feet of the exterior wall. From the overhead meter fitting, install a 1 phase, 3 wire 2" rmc conduit with three #3 awg thwn cu conductor riser 15 feet up to weather head. Properly ground panel to city side of water main and drive a supplemental ground rod outside. Lhbeci will not be responsible for any of the branch wiring inside the space and it will be the responsibility of the tenants electrical contractor
