Route to apply for a permit. Karns mechanical came in to secure the mechanical permit but they are licensed in the state of tennessee and unfortunately there are no current reciprocity agreements with the north carolina state licensing board for hvac. I called alec to make sure there were no immediate threats to the roof and he says the work is almost complete. This does leave panera bread without heat or cooling. I have communicated to karns mechanical that the permit can only be issued to a north carolina licensed hvac contractor, he is working on finding a local company to secure the permit.
