For interior alterations to include gypsum board along walls and ceilings of each dwelling unit and for the repair of floor ceiling assemblies. Ensure work area does not exceed percent of the floor area. Alterations to include the replacement of fire doors in exit enclosure, plumbing fixtures and kitchen cabinets throughout. Replace of main house drain in basement and replacement of (7) 1 2 ball value in basement
