Demo damaged area cause by fire. 15 square feet, interior demolition of non load bearing walls and ceilings only. No other work allowed under this permit. Separate permits required for renovation. No structural changes. Must maintain all code required fire rating on wall and floor ceiling assemblies. Contact streets department for dumpster permit and footway closure permits. No demolition to fire rated assemblies. Vacant buildings need vacant license and sealed and secured. Call inspector prior for initial inspection prior to the start of work. No demo work can begin until the scene has been cleared by the fire marshalls office and the department of alcohol, tobacco and firearms.

Replace sheetrock damaged by fire and water. Replace broken windows (7) seven each. Paint walls and trim.

Wiring throughout complete w arc fault gfic & grounding as per 2008 nec (sfd)
