For the legalization of work done without permits; for the replacement of a roof deck (no change in height) at the rear second floor of an existing attached structure, size and location as shown on plan application. For use as multi-family household living (three (3) dwelling units), with accessory storage (no vehicle parking, storage for household goods only) at rear fronting sigel street. No signs on this permit.

For the legalization of level ii alterations done without permits; replacing concrete roof of rear second floor roof deck with fiberglass roof, new framing & walls for 1-sty section of structure at rear, and install new garage door (no vehicle parking-storage of household goods only) on sigel street facade, as per plans. Separate permits required for any mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression work. No other work on this permit. Building is not sprinklered.
