Commercial space sustained water damage. Remove and replace carpet and drywall with like kind. No structural work, no plumbing, no electrical. Level 1 alteration: shall comply with the provisions of chapter 6 of the international existing building code. To include the removal and replacement or the covering of existing materials, elements, equipment or fixtures using new materials, elements, equipment or fixtures that serve the same purpose. No work changes to exterior or windows doors as per historical commission.

Install ada bathroom 1-toilet, 1-lav & 1-kitchen sink - note: permit was amended on 06 10 2014 to include the relocation of an additional lavatory and 50. Reinspection fee was paid

Install sidewalk overhead protection as per plan.

Remove and replace roof covering with gaf white sbs modified bitumen as per historical approved plan. No work to front facade or cornice. Install new roof covering as per manufacturers specifications. New roof coverings shall not be installed without first removing all existing layers when the roof has two or more applications of any type of roof covering. Submit roof certification to inspector for final inspection.

Shelter platform permit- erection of a sidewalk shelter platform as per engineered plans. Streets department permit required for sidewalk closure prior to the start of work.

Metal cladding repairs at ban and cornice. Painting of the same. Philadelphia historical commission to review colorreplacement of exterior wall covering. All as per approved plans. Phc to review shop drawings in comparison with samples of original and proposed. Ez exterior wall coverings- for the application of exterior wall coverings as per attached standard. Deviations from this standard will result in permit revocation and require submission of construction plans. Contact streets department for dumpster permit and footway closure permits.

Exterior alteration for structural rehab maintenance & repairs of exterior facades to include parapet repairs, brick and masonry cleaning and repointing, structural repairs to steel framing, louver replacements, exterior entrance repairs as per engineers plans and per phc requirements attached. Intsall feet of sidewalk shelter platform at chestnut street side of building. No work changes to exterior or windows doors as per historical commission.

Install cable & devices for 7 smoke dectectors & 1 relocated pull station with data loop from facp. Other devices shown on plans are repair replace on permit # 544472.

Remove existing flat roofing. Install new 2" poly iso to deck. Weld new white granulation modified membrane to roof. Seal all flashings. Install new edge metal. Per attached scope work. In accordance with terms and provisions fo section 1-502 (8) (a) of the philadelphia code (phildelphia city planning commission). One story attached building

Relocate (2) fire sprinkler heads to fit code. No changes to exterior. No work alterations to windows and doors.

Repair replace fire alarm cable damaged during construction feeding 2 strobes, 2 speaker strobes & 1 pull station.
