Interior demolition of ice cream store at first floor. 7 square feet. Work to be performed by registered licensed contractor only. Copy of valid contractors license must be provided to district inspector upon his her request.

For interior alterations to include new accessible service counters, new accessible restroom and new wall ceiling floor finishing. Separate permits to be required for plumbing, mechanical, and electrical alterations.

New rewiring on the commercial space c for lighting, exit signs, outlets with existing 125amp service as per 2008 nec (cc district)

Replace 1 toilets and 1 bathroom sink (commerical)the installation will comply with the philadelphia plumbing code 2004

Interior plumbing alterations in tenant space "c" for the mac mart restaurant - fixture piping will comply with tables p-506, p-811. 2 & p-904. 7 of the philadelphia plumbing code 2004 - water supply piping to equipment will be protected by a method listed in table 608. 1 of the 2009 international plumbing code - the grease trap must be a completely automatic or semi-automatic model such as the "watts wd-a-20" to comply with the industrial waste unit of the philadelphia water department and the philadelphia plumbing code 2004 - manual-type grease traps are prohibited - installation per the approved plans

Install (1) heat pump system with ductwork. (commercial)

Remove power from old bus shelter and re install power to new bus shelter from a 20amp fuse in light pole closes to shelter as per 2008 nec (cc district)

The erection of four(4) internally illuminated flat wall sign, accessory to an take out restaurant

For interior alterations to include new interior partition walls, new interior stair installation to basement, accessible restroom, accessible service counter, exterior glazing mullion installation, exterior door, wall floor ceiling refinishing, and foundation installation to include new structural columns. (iebc 2009, change in occupancy class, higher hazard) separate permits to be required for any sign installations, electrical, mechanical, fire suppression and plumbing work.

Install a new xp-10-m monitor flow switch, 8 tamper switches, pump running, phase failure & phase reversal on the new fire pump in the basement, new modules will be tied into the existing notifier nfs2-6 panel located on the first floor as per nfpa-72 additional permit required for the installation of the fire alarm system

(4) 3 phase receptacles,(4) gfi outlets, (4) duplex receptacles, (3) emergency lights,(1) exit lt, (1) 2-head remote for emergency, (26) recessed lights, (6) down lights, (4) light switches, (1) hot water tank (hook-up), as per 2005 nec (cc dist)

Relocate (1) sink, (1) toilet, (1) hand sink, (1) 3-compartment sink

Alterations: interior plumbing; 1st floor; saxby coffee - the installation will comply with the philadelphia plumbing code 2004

Ez standard limited commercial alterations & repairs- for the limited demolition and commercial alterations as per attached standard. Deviations from this standard will result in permit revocation and require submission of construction plans. Strip walls of all finishes. Interior demo. No other work permitted under this permit.

For the installation on one eight ft (8-0") type i kitchen hood and associated fans and ductwork in tenant space c. Commercial hood tested in accordance with ul 710. Separate permit required for suppression system.

Repair water service curb to house

Upgrade elevator fire alarm system. All new addressable devices panel used for upgrade. New system tied into existing fire alarm system. New horn strobe added in upper machine room, fire alarm system shall be installed as per nfpa 72 including section 6. 16. 3. 8(cc district)

Install new 200amp 2phase service rework existing service. Install circuit and receptacle. Install lighting and lighting as per plans per 2008 nec.

Installation of four (4) new registers and new ductwork for 2nd floor offices along with 2 fire dampers.

Reconfigure doorway opening at existing partition at waiting area as per plan.

F&i 3-recepts for tvs & equipment, pulled cat-5 for tvs speakers & equipment & 1-exit sign as per nec 2008 cc district (c0mm)

Install new fire alarm control panel and all devices as per nfpa 72 cc district
