The approved plans and review comments are required to be kept on the jobsite for viewing by the city inspectors. Received application for repairs to home; install sisters to charred roof members in attic; repair rotten deck & beams at porch; install tpo membrane over sheathing; pour slab for future wine cellar; insulate ceiling & partition wall; install two wall receptacles and light fixtures; install window; hrc minor work;rlh; february 25, 2013 3:24:14 pm ssalyer. Sls has done a location transfer;per application and applicant this work is for 18 cherokee rd 28801;sls; march 7, 2013 3:47:46 pm rhurley. Received letter from gc removing himself from permit as well as all subcontractors; deleted electrical sub-no inspections as of yet; revoked plumbing permit-inspection has occurred, will need new plumbing permit; letter attached in documents;rlh; march 14, 2013 2:42:18 pm rhurley. Received amendment/application from homeowner taking responsibilty of permit; will name electrician and plumber later; rlh; april 10, 2013 4:26:41 pm rhurley. Received amendment form
