SCORE 100 1. Tear off the old roofing down to the wood deck and haul away. The wood decking will be inspected. 2. Mechanically attach inch gypsum hard board over the wood decking. 3. Nail a glass base sheet to the new insulation. 3. Four plies of type iv fiberglass ply sheet will be solidly mopped to the base sheet with a layer of hot asphalt. Inter-ply mopping of asphalt will be approximately 25 lbs. Per 1 square feet. 4. New 22-gauge color clad gravel stop will be installed at the roof perimeters.
