Using hollow stem auger method, we will drill two 6 inch diameter test borings in the proposed building area. The borings will be drilled to a depth of 45 feet. All spoils will be containerized in 55-gallon drums and sent for disposal upon review of chemical laboratory test results. The boreholes will be grouted upon completion using a 60: ratio of bentonite powder to cement for the paved areas, and grouted with 2 pounds of bentonite powder to 1 gallon of water for the borings that are located in non-paved areas.
