Will demo small existing stoop; zoning site plan permit application approved for covered deck and porch additions to left and rear portions of existing single family home. Swr april 10, 2007 2:22:08 pm stuartr ; received application and site plans. Gave to ray tracy for review. April 9, 2007 12:40:03 pm loliver; setbacks along street right of ways must be measured from the street right of way line or the street, whichever is closest to the property. All other setbacks are to be measured from the property boundary lines. Setbacks also apply such items as porches, decks, patios, etc. This permit is issued based on information provided by the applicant as to matters of title to the property involved. The city has undertaken no examination of title and this permit may not be construed as an opinion of title.; building safety comments
