For the relocation of two (2) non-illuminated flatwall signs (round plaques) that were previously approved as components of a single flatwall sign along the clarissa street frontage. For the erection of three (3) flatwall signs (one (1) set of pin- mounted letters and two (2) round plaques) along the hunting park avenue frontage. Total of six (6) signs (five (5) new and one (1) existing) all accessory to an existing non-profit / charitable organization (boys and girls club) with administrative offices, meeting space, gymnasium and classrooms in a two (2) story structure with one (1) previously approved flatwall sign.
