Alteration to include the erection a new canopy and sign , alterations to entrance to increase gross floor area and for the erection of partition walls and an accessible bathroom on the basement level. All work to be done as shown per approved plans. Separate permits required for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire supression work.

Interior exterior alterations lobby-6th floors. Interior renovations, new shafts, new fire rate enclosures, doors, finishes. Facade work alterations and replacement new exterior steel canopy, attachments. Additional permits req for all meps and signs. Streets department permit approval is required for closure protection fecning of sidewalk area prior to construction and ( any sidewalk shelter platform -addl engineered plans and permit required)
