Interior alterations to include replace windows and doors (in existing openings), wall laminate, new drywall, replace kitchen cabinets, install tile in bathroom and flooring. Applicant agrees to limit the construction to comply with ez permit standard for interior alterations, dated january 2011. Deviation from the standard will result in revocation of this permit and imposition of further penalties. All necessary mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire suppression permits to be obtained, as necessary.

Install 1-water closet, 1-bath tub, 1-lav, 1-kitchen sink & 1-laundry (sfd)

Install smokes, light switches, outlets, light fixtures and gfci outlets as per nec 2008 (north district)
