Work to also include repointing of brick facade. All work to be done per plans stamped off by the philadelphia historical commission. Caulk all necessary gaps, full power wash, scraping sanding & spot priming as needed;chemically strip all watertable marble along building & door trim; remove strip all window sills, doors, surrounds & water tables;re-paint facades in blue & gray to match existing;per historical commission direction

For the installation of mechanical work to include new exhaust fans, heat pumps, fan coil units, piping, and all other work as per approved plans. Separate permit required for any electrical and plumbing work.
