Install and seal all supply and return duct work,one 80,0 btu 92% eff gas fired heater,one 2 1 2 ton with 2 1 2 ton 13 seer condenser with all supply and return registers

Install 200amp service, new panel, new meter se cable and new wire throughout with new lighting, outlets, smokes and co detectors as per 2008 nec (south district)
