Work in both units: replace ten windows,three doors s. A. E., replace roof shingles plywood as needed. Replace 5 8 gyp bd drywall aprox 90 w insulation. Floors, siding where needed and paint. Replace three tubs with posi tempeture vales water pipes from galvanize to copper and two 50 gallons water heater stamped drawing of water piping on site. (elect 100346645 ). Erect 6. 0 ft wood fence (25 ln ft)
