Ez interior demolition - for the interior demolition of non load-bearing partition walls and ceilings as per attached standard. Deviations from this standard will result in permit revocation and require submission of construction plans.

For prescriptive alterations to update an existing day care space accessory to a religious assembly. Work to include new interior non-bearing partitions to create an accessible toilet room, interior ramp and knee wall, millwork, and finishes. Space is fully sprinklered. Separate permits required for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. All work to be performed in accordance with plans approved by philadelphia historic commission (06. 09. 16)

Replace sash in six windows in the fellowship hall as per plans replace sash in kitchen window 2 hall windows

Change layout of space for new sink, lavatories and toilets. Remove and relocate fixtures, install new fixtures. Install new sump pump for elevator pit

Rewire and new lighting fixtures, basement, 1st and 2nd floor, additional fire alarm installaation, 45 kva transformer and new panels as per plans and 2008 nec nfpa-72 (cc dist)

Repairs to slate shingles and copper roof valley. All work to conform with requirements per philadelphia historical commission.

Install new 4" backflow @ existing incoming service, tie into existing wet pipe system.

Installation of a mini split a c unit

Power supply to exhaust hood, (5) amp circuits, (1) amp circuit, (1) amp circuit, (5) 2x4 fluorescent fixtures as per 2008 nec (cc district)

Install ansul system commercial kitchen fire suppression system.

Renovation of mens & ladies rooms, basement lobby with new wiring from existing panel.

2nd floor kitchen - replacement of (1)floor drain, (2)3-compartment sinks w grease trap - replace a section of the 3" stack

Chip out and repoint chimmney to match existing mortar. As per historical approval.

Repair cracked and spalled window sills on the east and west elevations. Repair cracks and spalling in one sandstone colmn on north elevation. Repair front steps including the rmeoval of existing coating, repair the sandstone and concrete and recoat steps with slip resistance waterproofing product for church. Historical notes: base coating on steps to replace existing coating poer historical specifications. Historical to field review patching and coating for approval.

Fabricate and install and paint with owner supplied paint (mab 984390) ounce replacement soffit

For level 2 inetrior alterations includung the creation of a mezzanine as per plans. Separate permit required for any mechanical, electrical or plumping work.

Install 1 transformer, 1 3 phase 1 amp sub panel, 15 light fixtures, 2 switches, 2 emergency lights and circuitry for audio equipment installed by others. 2 smoke detectors, 1 horn strobe.

For exterior masonry facade repairs to include spot repointing, limestone restoration, & brick restoration in accordance with construction documents approved by the philadelphia historical commission (phc).

Tie into existing wet pipe sprinkler system to protect unprotected area of the basement. Add a head to top of elevator shaft per plan.

Install 1 light, 1 exhaut fan and 1 switch for restroom only as per 2008 nec (cc district)

Replace drains and water lines to powder room,new toilet and sink. The installation will comply with the philadephia plubming code 2004
