Hvac, including mechanical equipment with associated piping, as per plans (0) registers diffusers(served ductwork)

Additions of smoke detectors, vesda to existing fire alarm, upgrade of electrical service and generators, new wireing for additional cooling system, as per 2005 nec (south dist)

Install new sprinklers off existing pre-action system in new rack room & staging room as per plans.

Install (2)ups,(2)pdu,(4)rpp,feeders,branch wiring,light fixtures and control wiring per 2008 nec (wireless service facility)addition of fire alarm and vesda devices to the existing fire alarm system per nfpa 72

Install 11 sprinkler heads in ground floor vendor room

For the extension of an existing nfpa 13 system in to ups room on the first floor level. Fire suppression system serviced by an existing six inch fire service line with an existing backflow preventer assembly. All work to be done per approved plans. If field conditions vary contact design engineer prior to the start of any work. Fire suppression system to be installed in accordance with nfpa 13 standard.

Level ii alterations (no change of occupancy) for renovation of garage area into ups area within an existing wireless facility as per approved plans. Existing building not required to be sprinklered. Separate permits required for any mep work

Hvac with ductwork and mechanical equipment as per plans.

Alterations to include cutting and patching for mechanical work.

Replacement of 2 generators, controls & fire alarm devices. Add security cameras.
