A certificate of appropriateness has been obtained to put gutters on the house at 168 n h street. The gutters used will be mastic seamless gutters. Gutters and downspouts will be put on the north and south sides of the house and the porch extension, as needed.

Remodel of kitchen and two bathrooms of a sfd.

Replace windows like for like with retrofit vinyl windows that have a . 35 or better u-value, installed per manufacturers specifications.

Refer to certificate of appropriateness issued on this property. This permit will cover - a) removal of the aluminum window wraps and taking the concrete surface coat into the window surround; b) removal of the steel siding on the east and rear north side of the house, then restoring and painting the existing clapboard siding; c) removing the aluminum soffit and fascia from the porch covering; d) replacing and or restoring the existing wood fascia (which is crown molding) with matching crown molding -- including the fascia on on the porch ceiling; e) restore replace all soffit and frieze board keeping it with the existing wood; f) removal of existing rod iron rail on porch and replace with columns; g) retaining and repair existing wood casement window (5)
