Interior remodel of north side of an existing duplex. Remodel will include: installation of gas fireplace insert, replacement of all kitchen appliances including relocation of gas stove, removal of four (4) non-structural walls ( one in bedroom, one in bathroom and 2 on the east side of kitchen), bathroom remodel will include expanded shower stall with new pan and fixtures and replacement of toilet and sink, addition of recessed lighting, and venting for new washer and dryer through bedroom closet.
