For the erection of a three (3) story structure for use as a ten (10) family dwelling units. Work to include a installation of pre-fabricated open exterior stairway. Dwelling units at the 1st floor level to be type b dwelling units at a minimum. Entire building to be fully sprinklered per nfpa 13 (exterior wall openings). Roof deck for use as mechanical maintenance only; not a common roof deck for tenants. Separate permit required for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression work.

For the installation of a fire suppression system in accordance with nfpa 13r, with a 2-inch fire service line, as per approved plans. All work shall be performed by a fire suppression contractor licensed by the city of philadelphia.

Install 600amp service & wire throughout & install phone & cable throughout. 7 unit dwelling according to 2008 nec code. Install fire alarm system throughout according to nfpa 72 code.
