Repair existing metal porch. Patch dry wall per viol's(no electrical. Replace two lintels 5'. North and east elevation spot tuck-point 300 sq ft. Replace wood framing north east windows. Repair north west window panes, frames and paint. No other work with this permit. Subject to field inspection

All electrical repair as listed on violation sheet. Remove exposed non approved romex wiring. Repair all existing exit signs and em packs as necessary. Remove all bare exposed open wiring to chandeliers on first floor bar area. Install gfci in basement at wash tub. Repair torn down conduit so as to maintain continuity of raceway in basement room with shelves. Remove and blank up 3 greenfield whips that have exposed live wires.
