The spot where the bathroom is roughed in will be finished so there will be an additional bathroom in the basement as well. This project will include electrical and plumbing where needed, as well as framing, sheetrock and flooring. The egress windows were installed a few weeks back by a licensed professional on a different permit that has already been inspected by the county.
