Residential window replacement

1/3 fence plus gates tying into the existing 2/3 constructed by neighbors to the south and east. Fence will be installed 12 feet from the curb, and four feet from the sidewalk. Additionally, gates will be installed on the northeast and northwest sides of the house extending 12 and 24 feet to the perimeter lot line respectively. Fence will extend no further than 3 feet beyond (north) the rear of the dwelling. Posts will be constructed of cedar, set 3 feet deep in an 8 inch wide hole stabilized with concrete. Post spacing will be placed every 6 feet or less. Pickets will be constructed of 6 foot pickets with 1/2 inch spacing between each picket.
