For a certificate of occupancy for a daycare center to include children under 2. 5 yrs old. No alterations under this permit (iebc 2009, change in occupancy class, higher hazard)

Asbestos remediation required prior to start of work interior alterations throughout the structure to accommodate a new use (forty dwelling units and residential amenities). No change in use to exisitng tenant spaces on the 1st floor, separate permit require to register use of vacant tenant spaces. Alterations to include the demolition and erection of non-load bearing partitions, millwork, finishes and accessibility upgrades (all dwelling units to be type b with the exception of unit 5 which is type a). Structure is to be sprinklered throughout per nfpa 13. No structural work proposed on this application. Separate permit required for plumbing, mechanical, electrical, fire suppression, signage and alterations cos of vacant tenant spaces.
