Remove existing tub sink/vanity toilet tile floor and wall tile and legally dispose of same. Repair/replace any rotted or unusable wall or floor substrate. Remove baseboard radiator and install recessed wall radiator. Frame the left side wall area for a walk-in shower complete w/ a bench seat. Install new plumbing for new shower and tie into existing water supply and drainage pipes. Furnish and install water supply and drainage pipes. Furnish and install a new tub on right side of bathroom. Configure existing plumbing to conform to new tub. Furnish and install new floor and wall tile. Furnish and install new toilet sink/vanity and replace any suspect plumbing pipes etc. Prep ceiling and wall areas not covered with tile for painting.
