Replace 12 aluminum windows in existing openings (warehouse)

For the replacement of nine (9) 212 degree heads in chemical storage area and one (1) 212 degree head in basement stair area. Also for the repair of system components such as corroded piping & fittings, dry acceleartors, retard chambers and water gongs as to maintain the sprinkler system in proper aworking order.

Re-roof, remove bad sections of roof, install new insulation where needed,install fiberglass base sleet,install torch down mofified rubber to bad sections of roof

Install new roof covering as per manufacturers specifications. New roof coverings shall not be installed without first removing all existing layers when the roof has two or more applications of any type of roof covering.

Replace 22 windows within existing openings.

Install new control panel & devices to replace existing system, cable and conduit will be reused where available and new where needed as per nfpa 72 south district

Ez permit sprinkler relocation (nfpa 13)- for the relocation of sprinkler heads as per attached standard. Deviations from this standard will result in permit revocation and require submission of construction plans.

For the complete demolition of a water tower and related components, all permitted demolition activity to be in accordance with approved site safety demolition plans and narrative sealed by a professional engineer and such documentation to be maintained on site at all times in accordance with code bulletin b-1302r. Water tower and support structure to be demolished via hand methods, water tower along with pieces of support structure to be removed via crane ,section by section as referenced in documentation. Crane and scrap materials will be placed on lot away from public right-of-way. Safety zone not referenced due to no mechanical demolition apart of the scope of work. Pedestrian protection to be installed in accordance with section 3306 of the ibc and site safety plans. Separate permits required for all other work. Any deviation will require an amended building permit.
