Convert existing heating system from oil to gas, radiators from steam to hot water, and install new high efficiency furnace. Demo existing closet and flooring in bedroom, install new oak flooring where closet was removed. Contractor will cut existing foundation to install new egress window in basement. Contractor will disable existing plumbing and electrical in basement and fully demo all finished rooms and floor in existing basement. Frame in new walls for office, den, playroom and laundry room per design plans. Pour over existing basement slab to level and msooth off room. Licensed electrician will install new sub-panel, run outlets, install ighting and run dedicated circuits as necessary to meet code and per plans. Licensed plumber will install new furnace, baseboard heating system and rough in new washer & dryer. Insulate all exterior walls and fireproof common walls. Hang blueboard and plaster. Install new flooring, install new door and window trim, install new hardware throughout

Strip shingles from front dormer and replace with matching shingles, install owens corning weatherlock ice & water shield, install new red cedar shakes.
