Additional will be new meter bank add 1 public meter and panel intercom for 3 units main common hall emergency lighting receptacels main hall lighting.

White box basement space approx 1 6 sq. Ft. For future leasing.-install handicap bahtroom as per code. Insulate concrete walls with 1"thermix steel studding open for future electricial. Fire/smoke monitered system already in place from last building up-grade in 2010. Add new electricial lighting emergency exit signs. All trash/construction debris removed by covered carrier to wood waste of boston
