Interior repointing

Change of use from educational facility to two family flat to include demolition of interior partitions, stairs and masonry walls. The existing entry stair will be refurbished for unit a, and a new entry stair will be constructed for unit b. Repairs will be made to the building exterior including: new entry doors in existing openings, new light wells and refurbished masonry throughout. Existing interior finishes, fixtures and equipment will be replaced. Dwelling unit mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems will be repaired and replaced. The existing attic space will be reused as a penthouse with 2 private roof decks. A new masonry retaining wall will be constructed in the side yard.
