Annual maintenence

At&;t is installing 12 antennas on the rooftop owned by berklee college. The 12 x 18 equipment shelter will be placed on the rooftop and will have the associated equipment cabinets inside. The gamma sector (4) antennas will be placed in the northern portion of the rooftop and will placed inside of a stealth fiberglass box which will look like a hvac unit to match the building. The alpha and beta sectors (4 antennas and 4 antennas) will be placed on the eastern portion of the rooftop in a stealth fiberglass box as well to look like a hvac unit. At&;t is also installing radioheads and tmas inside of the stealth boxes for the antennas. The antennas will not be visible from the street or abutting properties. I met with the bra on 7 and the stealth fiberglass hvac boxes were their preferred design. Sprintnextel is currently installed on this building on sled mounts. Fast track interior renovation of existing music store "guitar center" 161 mass. Ave. New m/e/p systems new fire alarm. No sprinkler. All work will be in compliance with 780cmr 8th edition 521cmr 527cmr. New hvac restroom communication stair. Lda letter 8-3-2012 non sprinkler letter explaination received

Annual electrical maintenence

Demolition of existing non bearing walls in offices of second and fourth floors to create larger spaces build two wall to underside of existing ceiling to close opening in existing office. Remove anddispose of existing carpet. Work to be completed as per proposal dated 4/2/2015

Relocate existing duplex receptacles and switches for classrooms on the second and fourth floor. Also add duplex receptacles where instructed by contractor
