1. We will bring in our own dumpster and all layers of the existing roofing will be removed down to the wood deck and hauled away. (any deteriorated wood decking will be removed and replaced at an additional cost of 1. Per sq. Ft.) 2. A 12 strip of ice & water protective underlayment will be installed to the wood deck at the eaves. 3. New degree drip edge metal (color of your choice) will be installed at roof edges (rakes and eaves). 4. A 3 strip of ice & water protective underlayment will be installed at the eaves edges. 5. A synthetic shingle underlayment will be nailed to the remainder of the wood deck. 6. New yr. Tamko heritage series architectural style asphalt shingles (color: painted desert to match existing) will be installed in accordance with manufacturers specifications.
