The 1547 street project includes the restoration of the existing two story facade and the fit out of the base building completing the previously submitted and approved alteration and repair permit which addressed the structural stabilization of the property. Also to include the building shell enclosure addition of the third floor and penthouse as well as interior finishes to the common stairs and lobby. No work is being done to the ground floor and basement tenant space.

The scope of this project includes the restoration and stabilization of existing 2-story facade, the removal and replacement of existing structure and partitions to excessive exposure and abandonment. Demolition work will include stabilization of existing facade and underpinning.

Construct a temporary fence around the property, along q and r streetsper request of the anc.

Interior demolition of non-bearing elements in a space up to 5,0 square feet (464. 5 square meters)

1st 6 month extension for permit b1509458 to expire on june 29 2017

Additional overhead protection to cover q street side system scaffold 76ft long x 10ft high x 8ft wide
