Installation of 3 heat pump systems with all required ductwork. All duct work will be self contained in each single living space-triplex

Interior plumbing construction for a new (3)story (3)family dwelling - note: an amended building and or plumbing permit must be filed to show compliance with secondary roof drainage - the detail #3 as shown on approved building permit #689913 does not comply with intent of section(s) 1503. 4 of the 2009 international building code and section 1107 of the 2009 international plumbing code - a backflow prevention containment assembly at the water meter is not required to comply with section p-806. 2 of the ppc 2004 (philadelphia plumbing code) - however, if a backflow is installed; a separate permit would be required by pwd (philadelphia water department) and licenses and inspections - the fresh air inlet at the house trap must comply with section p-503 and the fresh air inlet from the ejector(s) must comply with section p-1106 of the ppc 2004 - exterior, 5" sewer 1" water connections to the city mains require separate permits - hot water supplies must be on the left-hand side of the fixtur

For the installation of a fire suppression system in accordance with nfpa 13r with a two-inch fire service line, as per approved plans. All work shall be performed by a fire suppression contractor licensed by the city of philadelphia.
